Upcoming Webinars Provide Exciting Opportunities for STEM Educators!

In March, CTL online professional development webinars will focus on how to grow high schools’ AP Science and Calculus programs.

March webinars will provide key insights into how schools can increase course offerings, encourage student participation, and boost student outcomes and college readiness through an interdisciplinary approach that also builds post-secondary participation and increases 5-year college graduation rates for individual schools and throughout school districts.

In April, CTL online professional development webinars will focus on embedding STEM and engineering design projects into K-5 science programs.

April webinars will show how an interdisciplinary approach to K-5 science programs develops students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills through the implementation of NGSS Engineering Design (ETS1) disciplinary core ideas.  Teachers can inspire their students’ love of science and build the foundations necessary to support all students’ college readiness in science and mathematics - without increasing school or districts’ annual instructional expenses.
