On the Re-test, problem # 18, part A, the function's denominator is not factorable.  Therefore, the roots given (and the graph-the asymptotes, intercepts & removeable discontinuities) are not correct.

Thank you for your note.  Yes, you are correct that the original denominator for Retest question 18 was not factorable.  The function has been adjusted to make it factorable and for the original solutions to work out. Please download an updated copy of the test-retest file at your earliest convenience.
