I have liked the check list as it has very critical issues as far as enhancing learner achievement is concerned. A great deal of the boxes I am doing them while some need to be looked into as soon as possible so that my teaching would greatly benefit my students

The checklist is wake up call to professionalism to effective instruction as it helps the teacher to organize for effectiveness. It is also evaluative in nature as it reminds one the areas that need addressing. It is a wonderful tool.
