I can not open this on Smart Notebook.  Any suggestions

Dear Janelle Jegge,

Thank you for your comment and for bringing this to our attention.  The error message had to do with an old Adobe Flash activity that was found on the last slide of the presentation.  Since this application is no longer supported, this final slide was removed, and an updated copy of the presentation has been posted.  Please try to download a copy of the 2022-04-20 presentation file at your earliest convenience.
