What suggestions do you have for hybrid learning on chromebooks for assessments?

Most teachers that we have been talking with have been using google forms for assessments. They are taking our word files and then making them a google form that the students can answer.

Elvin - is this a website you have been using that you find to work out good? Is there a charge for it? - Melissa

Hello,
I seem to remember that you used to have a midterm exam posted. Is that still available?

Annette - we have three separate tests for this course in addition to the final. Since we can't predict exactly what will be the mid point for different schools. On this page under implementation resources you will see:
1- Mechanics Final Test
2- Electromagnetism Final Test
3- Waves & Modern Physics Final Test
Hopefully you can use questions from those three tests to create your midterm. - Melissa

Irving - we have decided to remove these from the website - they weren't being updated as changes were being made to the presentations so they no longer matched up. The answers to the formative assessment questions in the presentations can be found by downloading the PDF file that says "with answers". That file will have a slide that shows the question followed by a slide that shows the answer tab pulled out. - Melissa
Hi, what is the course progression you recommend for physics? After Algebra-based physics, would students then take Trigonometry-based physics? Or would they jump to AP Physics 1? Or could they do either one? Thanks -Kayla
Kayla - After Algebra-Based Physics we recommend that students go into AP Physics 1. Algebra-Based Physics and Trig-Based Physics are very similar. - Melissa
